Something to sink your teeth in

When it’s time to fuel up and replenish the calories spent while skiing, stop by the Cube-ik, our new outdoor restaurant.  Decked out in red and branded Purement SUTTON, it is conveniently situated at the foot of the mountain next to chairlift II.

Distinguishing itself from the traditional snack-bar menu and focusing on local terroir ingredients, the Cube-ik meals will delight the taste buds of one and all.  Devised by our kitchen chefs, the menu is comprised of a fusion between traditional dishes and special local twists!

A sausage in a croissant style puff pastry wrapped in cheddar cheese, LA FRIANDE is entirely made of local ingredients: sausage – Les Gars de Saucisse (Richmond, QC); puff pastry – La Mie Bretonne (Cowansville, QC); cheese – Fromagerie La Chaudière (Lac Mégantic, QC).  You can choose between: LA FRIANDE bacon and cheese or LA FRIANDE in white beer flavour.  A signature item of Mont SUTTON!

For the early bird, our breakfast trio is now available from 9 to 11 a.m.  Why not start your day off right with a hot cup of coffee, a hearty breakfast sandwich and a delicious hash brown.

You lean more towards the vegetarian diet, no problem we have what it takes to satisfy your appetite! Why not try our delicious veggie PUFF PASTRY made of «Beyond Meat», rice and butternut squash.  Also on the slate, our generous veggie WRAP or our home made GRILLED CHEESE which, for a small extra charge, you can enhance with grilled vegetables. We have something to please all our vegetarian epicureans.

These dishes are part of an elaborate menu comprised of: wraps, grilled cheese sandwiches, finger food baskets, snacks, beverages and our famous homemade poutine! The children will surely love and embrace our mini-pogos and macaroni and cheese nuggets.

So good, you can come back for more before hitting the road; we are open until 4pm!

When a little morning «pick me up» is required or a midday chill overcomes you, make your way to the Le Petit Tucker café-bistro ski thru window.  Open up to 1 p.m., you will find waiting for you a fresh hot cappuccino or a smooth, milk based hot chocolate. Take advantage of this stop to pick up a wrap, a sandwich or a pastry.

Reminder:

  • Lodge accessible as a refuge only, no food inside. Arrive ready to ski. You will be able to warm up during the day and access the sanitary facilities.
  • Outdoor restaurants at the base of the mountain, several easy to eat options, even with mittens and without cutlery.
