Get ready for your experience
• Closed shoes are required for the cycling activity.
• We suggest that you bring a bottle of water or a hydration bag, it will be hot and the mountain bike initiation requires a sustained physical effort in uphill and downhill.
• We suggest you bring a snack, the lesson lasts 2 hours.
• We recommend that you wear long shorts (mid-thigh) or legging-type pants.
• We recommend that you dress in several layers of clothing (ideally avoid cotton); this will allow you to dress/undress according to the progress of the lesson.
• We recommend that you bring a pair of gloves, long socks covering the shins and goggles (sunglasses or glasses will do), this will protect your eyes from the small branches that you might come across in the mountain.
• We ask you to come to the Mont SUTTON bike rental center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your lesson, to adjust your bike, sign your waivers, pick up your day ticket and meet your instructor at the exit of the rental center. A customer who does not respect this instruction risks being late for the start of the group lesson, which follows a fixed time slot, and will lose this lesson time which cannot be reclaimed. As required by the government to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, please bring your mask since the adjustment of your bike will be done inside the rental center.
Cancellation Policy
• It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the Boutique before 11 a.m. the day before the reservation to postpone or modify a reservation. After 11 a.m. the day before the reservation, no credit and no postponement of the reservation will be possible. The lesson and bike rental, if applicable, will be automatically lost.
