Skiing at Mont SUTTON doesn’t just mean enjoying an exceptional landscape, it also means living a unique foodie experience! Enjoy the slopes hassle-free by taking only the necessary with you! Our restaurant director, Sébastien Lemieux, and his team will take care of your stomach at the main chalet, starting from breakfast.

Never leave with an empty stomach

Any day on the slopes has to start with the most important meal of all: breakfast. The Chalet Alt. 400 m restaurant awaits you from 8 a.m. on weekdays and 7.30 a.m. on weekends.

The winter season marks the return of two classics, the Skier’s Breakfast (choice of 2 eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, fresh fruits, creton, pancakes with real maple syrup and toasts) and the PUCK, the employee’s favourite: over 1,700 of these breakfast sandwiches on English muffins were served last season! It’s also an opportunity to discover a tasty new product: the Omelette du Jour, inspired by Joanne, our fairy-fingered morning cook, who’s been with us for more than 7 years! Let yourself be tempted by our range of succulent breakfasts, and say hello to the team to kick off your day with the best start.

Small hunger, big hunger, let’s eat

Starting at 11 a.m., everyone can dine with a variety of choices to suit everyone’s appetite. The classic canteen-style menu featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, pogos, not to mention our signature poutines served in Mont SUTTON custom dishes, is offered daily.

The kitchen also offers a variety of different daily hot dishes, all homemade by our chef Benoît Marois, who’s been cooking at the mountain for 38 years! If you’ve never tasted one of his meals, it’s time to give in to temptation. He’s always happy to present you the meal of the day!

To be enjoyed without moderation, the new Lunch Box includes a sandwich, salad, cheese, vegetables and a dessert. A quick option for a complete meal at your reach!

Numerous sandwich options are also available, including chicken Caesar wraps, Italian charcuterie and brie with fig jelly submarines and ciabattas with black forest ham, old cheddar, tomato, lettuce and Dijon sauce, to name just a few. There really is something for every taste and appetite!

Finally, we think of everyone! Hamburgers and chili are available with a vegetarian option. Agropol’s organic vegan products, handmade in Sherbrooke, are also available in our cafeteria: bowls, wraps, etc.!

Snacks on the go

While the daily lunch is served until 2 p.m, cravings are satisfied until 4:30 p.m. every day. The kitchen stays open for après-ski treats, from 3 p.m. Thursday to Saturday, until 6.30 p.m. A popular offer at Bar Le Tucker, including Wings Thursdays at 70¢ each available all season long! Complete après-ski menu here.

Meanwhile, all day long, depending the attendance, the Petit Tucker’s café offers local pastries, espresso coffees, specialty coffees and other hot beverages for a sweet break.

A greater comfort for everyone

And what’s more, for the 2023-2024 season, new tables and chairs with backrests have been installed in the cafeteria! The backrests allow you to hang your helmet and coat at the table, so you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. A small improvement that’s already making a big difference!

At Mont SUTTON, gastronomy is definitely part of the Purely SUTTON adventure… so ski with peace of mind, we’ll take care of the cooking part and your comfort!

Psst… Chalet Alt. 840 m at the top of the mountain offers a new warm and comforting menu. To discover in our article here or, even better, directly on site right away!
