Snow, solar eclipse and happiness on the slopes!
With all the snow we’ve received this week, way more over half a meter, there’s still plenty of action – and a ton of promotions in effect – at Mont SUTTON within the end of the season!
Firstly, the mountain, with almost all of its slopes still open, awaits you 7 days a week until Monday, April 8 – the day of the total solar eclipse.
This weekend, chairlifts II, IV and VII are scheduled to be open for more fun on the slopes, while the Chalet Alt. 400m restaurant and Bar Le Tucker will be open according to the regular schedule, and Chalet Alt. 840m will be in refuge mode.
Monday, April 8, be there for the total solar eclipse
This Monday, April 8, you will have the unique opportunity to ski and witness a total solar eclipse!
If you don’t yet have your fixed-date ski ticket, consider buying it in advance to benefit from Spring Web Ticket discount. The latter will include your pair of ISO 12312-2 glasses for safe observation of this extraordinary astronomical phenomenon. For holders of flexible-date tickets, SUTTON Cards and season passes valid on Mondays, you can purchase these glasses in advance from customer service, for $5 + tax. Quantities are limited, so you may not be able to get them on Monday!
Chairlifts II and IV promise to be open to take you to Chalets Alt. 680m and 840m, where you could enjoy a breathtaking view of the event of the century, the next total solar eclipse visible in Quebec being scheduled for 2106!
Also, don’t miss out the atmosphere at the Chalet Alt. 840m, while the BBQ will be out with beverages available.
Best promotions of the season
No season pass in hand? You could attend the April 8 event with your 2024-2025 Unlimited Pass or Weekday Pass and use it right now. These passes are even available at 15% off until Tuesday, April 30!
Moreover, our Spring Pass for only $99 + taxes is still much cost-efficience if you consider skiing more than 2 days!
Note, with that lovely new white carpet, we plan to be open on Friday, April 12, Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 14, barring any adverse weather conditions! At that time, all season passes will be honored, except for the Rando-ski Pass.
And more events to come!
On this weekend only, on April 6 & 7, Mont SUTTON ski pass holders could take advantage of the traditional V.I.P. Sale from the Boutique Expérience SUTTON, while they could get a 10% additional discount on the Mega Spring Sale!
It will also be your last chance of the season to send us your best photos to take part in the #PurementSUTTON Contest. A final winner will be announced this Thursday, April 11, and will win a pair of daily tickets for the 2024-2025 season!
To round off your day on the slopes, a DJ Saturday is awaiting you at Bar Le Tucker on April 13 with DJ Caillou, here to make you move from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.! And, whatever the weather, a final Live Music Friday will be served at Bar Le Tucker, on Friday, April 12, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.! So there’s sure to be an après-ski to stretch out the season, with guaranteed atmosphere!
Depending Mother Nature, the popular Réal’s Challenge, always eagerly awaited, could well be held on Saturday, April 13, or Sunday, April 14. Be on the lookout for this relay race on chairlift II, and maybe see the sun set over the mountain!
These are surely many reasons to stretch your happiness on the slopes to the max!
