We’re talking Mason jar home-made salads, reviewed smash burgers, and refreshing Italian sodas — with or without a splash of alcohol. A perfect trio for a perfect mountain day!
Fresh Mason Jar Salads – Colorful and Wholesome
Convenient, eco-friendly, and packed with flavor. Choose from 5 fresh recipes made daily based on seasonal ingredients:
- Greek: feta, chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives
- Bocconcini & Tomato: cherry tomatoes, mini bocconcinis, basil
- Mexican: spicy black bean patty, corn, avocado, edamame
- Oriental: cabbage, carrots, ancient grains, sesame-ginger soy
- Niçoise: egg, baby potatoes, green beans, olives, peppers
Optional add-ons: grilled chicken or tuna for extra protein.
Smash Burgers Inspired by Sutton’s Iconic Runs
Our juicy, crispy-edged burgers now carry names that honor Sutton’s legendary MTB trails:
- La Connection: lettuce, tomato, house sauce
- La Grande Séduction: cheese, lettuce, tomato, house sauce
- La Torture: smoked meat, sharp cheddar, sautéed onions & mushrooms, ranchero sauce
- Le Paisible: avocado, lettuce, tomato, chimichuri sauce
- J’ai mon voyage: chicken, corn chutney, avocado, sharp cheddar, onion ring
Available à la carte or in a combo with fries/poutine and a drink.

Cool off with our Italian sodas, made with bubbly water and 1883 syrups — and available with or without alcohol (gin, rum or vodka).
