As in past seasons, the 2024 mountain biking season should provide us with its share of thrills, not to mention plenty of good times with family and friends on the trails… and over a cold beer at the foot of the mountain!

The development and improvement of the trail network continues!

The 4 new trails inaugurated during the 2023 season brought the network’s to a total of 47 km of trails! The Fischer-moi la paix, Slab-Arnaque and Aweille en l’air trails, as well as the Pas l’temps de niaiser climb, are sure to delight riders! Haven’t tried them yet? Read the guide at the bottom of this article to learn more about each of these trails!

The Enduro add-on to the 2023 season passes has been rethought this year! Climbing to the top has never been easier! Enduro add-ons of 2 or 4 lift rides per day are now available to season pass holders when they purchase their pass.

As for the trails, a host of new projects are on the agenda for the 2024 season:

  • The development of a “Blue Ribbon” type project, a rustic technical hybrid descent with some flow elements.
  • The revamping of the Zen to bring it up to date
  • An improved route for the Sans gluten
  • A new double drop in the Kouiki
  • And many more surprises in store from the Plein air Sutton / MTB team!

Are you as eager as we are to discover these new features during the 2024 season?

2023 NEW TRAILS GUIDE

Fischer-moi la paix

Expert level – Inaugurated May 2023

A fairly technical freeride trail with over 70 features: berms, berms, slabs and jumps! A signature trail in the adventure sector! Discover it on video with the LVL UP MTB team here!

Slab-Arnaque

Expert Level – Inaugurated June 2023

The crux of this double-black is the emblematic 55-foot-long slab, which commands respect, to say the least! This technical/rustic trail, measuring almost 400 metres, starts in “J’ai mon voyage” and connects with it again at the end.

Aweille en l’air

Easy level – Inaugurated September 2023

A little green that’s fun to ride! A trail with flow, that will makes you feel like you’re flying and land all jumps like it was a piece of cake! A total of 890 m, 52 rollers, 32 berms and 12 tabletops. To be taken from the Les lutins trail.

Pas l’temps de niaiser

Intermediate level (“flirting” with beginner level) – Inaugurated September 2023

An ascent that allows riders in the adventure sector to relap the course and get back to the “Ligne d’eau” quickly. It also allows people in the cross-country sector to join the Enduro sector or the “Tucker” trail to return to the Mont SUTTON main chalet area. To be taken from “La Boucle” near the end of the “Fischer-moi la paix” trail, it ends at the end of the “Ta barouette” trail.
