Nearly $130,000 raised for MS Canada with the MS Mountain Challenge

On Saturday, August 16, the 5th edition of the MS Mountain Challenge, which grows more inclusive every year, was successfully held at Mont SUTTON. The event raises funds for the Quebec division of MS Canada and aims to support multiple sclerosis research projects and programs and services that improve the quality of life of people with MS.

Attracting 174 participants and 23 teams—because it’s always more fun to ride with others—a impressive $125,095 was raised on the day of the event, and it is still possible to make donations to the event and add to the total.

This event is now a must-see in August at Mont SUTTON, offering a festive Saturday for mountain biking and even hiking enthusiasts to push themselves, ride, have fun, and do good. In addition to the funds raised by participants, the traditional silent auction, and loyal partnerships, a 50/50 draw was also organized this year. Mascots, DJs, food, and entertainment make this day a must-attend event in the region!

Although no date has been confirmed yet, rumors of a 6th edition in August 2026 are already circulating. Perhaps we will set ourselves the goal of exceeding 200 participants? Stay tuned…
