FALL FESTIVAL & NEW FEATURES AT MONT SUTTON FOR THE SEASON

By  - Category: Press Release - Published on

SUTTON, September 9, 2025 – Fall is slowly arriving at the mountain, with colors already changing, heralding the imminent arrival of the popular MONT SUTTON FALL FESTIVAL, which will once again take place over 5 weekends, from September 20 to October 19, including Monday, October 13, on Thanksgiving.

An accessible and affordable family festival

Exclusive events, fun workshops for young and old, outdoor shows, a special menu at the Cube-Ik outdoor restaurant, a big fall sale at the Boutique Expérience SUTTON, hikes to discover the sculptures in our open-air museum, regional wine tastings, and much more will once again be on the agenda this year over five exciting weekends.

Many of the activities are completely free, such as the mini obstacle courses at the base and summit, nature’s hunt and seek for kids, workshops led by artist Lysanne Sabourin every Sunday, a RV Expo Day on Saturday, October 18, and much more. Details will be announced very soon on the event page at montsutton.com/fall.

While waiting for the complete program, everyone is invited to mark the calendars for some quality outdoor time. Please note: camping nights at the summit and giant zipline descents must be reserved in advance, as some dates already have very limited availability!

Some new features for the season

Although the Fall Festival doesn’t start until Saturday, September 20, and the chairlift and giant zipline are only open on weekends, the mountain bike trails of Plein air Sutton / MTB at Mont SUTTON, to which a new progression trail should be added very soon, as well as the 18-basket disc golf course, are open 7 days a week until November!

In addition, a new disc golf clinic with professional player Julien Quenneville is now available at Mont SUTTON by advance booking! Lasting approximately 1.5 hours, this clinic teaches everything to know about the sport, helps to develop a more competitive approach, and takes technical skills to the next level. A workshop to watch for will be offered as part of the Fall Festival on Saturday, September 27!

Two new sculptures along the trails are worth noting: a Red-tailed hawk by artist Martin Hawley and two friendly raccoons, Sut & Ton, with their snowboard, designed by bromisquois Gaëtan Boulais. The sighting of the Arts at the Mountain sculptures will also be available with an independent hiking parcours this fall, in addition to the guided tour offered every weekend during the festival. Everyone is invited to take pictures of these friendly forest dwellers and participate in the weekly photo contest, which runs until Thursday, October 23!

To explore the mountain further, a four-season geocaching route is also in preparation, which will be ready to entertain young and old alike as part of the Fall Festival!

Discounts and privileges for skiers

With the start of the school year and the cooler weather, a new ski season is just around the corner—the 65th season at Mont SUTTON.

For holders of 5-Day or 7-Day SUTTON 2025-2026 season pass, many benefits will be available this fall to help you take full advantage of the activities on offer, thanks to a program of unique privileges, including 2 round-trip tickets for the chairlift ride.

In addition to seasonal privileges and discounts at various businesses, eligible members will receive a 2-for-1 deal at the Repair Shop on winter equipment tuning, a 10% discount at the Boutique Expérience SUTTON – valid even on Purement SUTTON items and new products, discounts on lessons at the Snow School, and discounts on additional daily tickets at Mont SUTTON.

For ski lovers who didn’t get their season passes yet, a 10% presale is going on until September 30 on all passes, including on the Monday Pass, Friday Pass, Ped Day Pass, Rando-Ski Pass, and more! The latter is also included for the days covered by a 5-Day or 7-Day season pass. Purchases can be made online at montsutton.com/seasonpass. This presale also applies to seasonal locker rentals, which are also available online at montsutton.com/en/lockers.

In addition, it is still possible to register for group lessons at the Snow School, which are scheduled to begin next January, and to rent seasonal equipment, which can be picked up at the Rental Center from the start of the Fall Festival, on Saturday, September 20.

Finally, for any questions or needs, visitors are pleased to visit the mountain’s opening hours before the beginning of the ski season and to enjoy the landscapes of the great outdoors, with a festival that promises to be more colorful than ever!
