Job Description Summary

Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control various food preparation activities according to the lists established by the catering manager;
- Prepare and cook food for daily menus in collaboration with the catering manager;
- Direct the busboys in the execution of their tasks;
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work areas;
- Take inventory of your sector and prepare orders;
- Assist in the reception and control of food supplies;
- Perform all other related tasks required by the Food & Beverage Director.

Schedule and Duration
- Seasonal employment;
- Day shifts only;
- Full-time or part-time with weekends.
Start Date

Skills and Qualifications
- Professional cooking diploma (DEP) an asset;
- Food hygiene and safety training certification an asset.

- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good physical condition;
- Ability to identify priorities and respond quickly to last-minute requests;
- Skill in managing staff;
- Punctual and responsible.
