HOW TO RESERVE
To book a private lesson, contact the Snow School by phone at 1-866-538-2545 (option 2). One of our representatives will inform you of our availabilities according to your needs. To finalize the reservation, we require payment in full of the lesson. We strongly suggest that you reserve your space at least 48 hours ahead of time. In case of high demand, no lessons may be available on the same day.
LATE (OR ABSENT) STUDENT
Private lessons will begin as scheduled, and students who are late will have to go to the bell for a supervisor to assist them. If you are unable to get to your lesson and you have not informed the Snow School before 8 AM on the morning of your lesson, it cannot be retaken at a later date and no refund will be issued.
MEETING POINT
Students are asked to be at the Bell 5 to 10 minutes before the beginning of a lesson. Our Dispatcher will be there to welcome you and introduce you to your instructor. The Bell is located in front of the main chalet Alt. 400 m. The meeting point cannot be changed at a customer’s request for efficiency reasons.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the Snow School before 8 a.m. on the morning of the lesson to postpone a private or semi-private lesson. No credit or lesson re-take will be made if the Snow School was not notified before 8 a.m. The lesson will be automatically lost.
- No refund request will be accepted on private lessons. In the case of a cancellation request (done before 8 a.m. on the morning of the lesson), a Mont SUTTON credit may be issued. If the booklet hours are initiated, the credit calculation will take into consideration the unit price of each lesson used. In case of an injury, the initiated lesson booklet will be extended to the next season (medical document mandatory).
SKI TICKET
The student must have in their possession a ski ticket valid for the duration of their lesson (the cost of the ticket is not included in the price of the lesson); make time to get your ski ticket before your lesson.
Lesson objective
Our instructors are capable of adapting any lesson to meet each and every customer’s goals. This is why your instructor will most likely ask you if you have any specific objectives in mind at the beginning of your lesson. Communicate your expectations and what you want to work on during your lesson for a customized experience.
End of the lesson
The lesson will end as planned at the bell. The instructor will use the last minutes of the lesson to go over the material covered and offer you a few final tips. If your child was in a private lesson, please be sure to be present and on time at the end of their lesson. Our instructors have very busy schedules and will be forced to hand your child over to another member of our team for supervision if you are late coming to get them.
