EXPERT HIKE TO DISCOVER THE GRAND PIC

On October 13 2025

On Monday, October 13th, join our guide for an expert hike to discover the Grand Pic as part of the Fall Festival! The hike will not only take you to the summit of Mont SUTTON but also offer a return with your feet in the air on the chairlift ride. You will also have the opportunity to discover some of the sculptures featured by the non-profit organization Les Arts à la montagne, works created by local artists from Brome-Missisquoi. These sculptures highlight the region’s wildlife in a realistic and environmentally respectful way. It’s a memorable experience where, in addition to challenging yourself, you’ll discover mountain art and enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view of the stunning fall colors of the Sutton mountains and forests from the Chalet Alt 840m summit.

Departure at 1:30 PM at the SUTTON tent located at the Mont SUTTON welcome area, 671 Maple Street (in front of the chalet, near the parking lot).

A chairlift ticket is required to participate in the hike (save money by purchasing your ticket 24 hours in advance online).

Since the trail crosses ski slopes, be sure to wear boots or shoes suited for mountain hiking, long pants or socks to prepare for wet terrain and the possibility of ticks. This hike is considered expert-level, as the ascent lasts around 1.5 hours, and the total hike time is approximately 3 hours.
