Many activities still to come
With more than 30 cm of snow received over the past week, conditions are still excellent at Mont SUTTON, which continues to offer a variety of activities until the end of the season. Open Mic Thursdays, Live Music Friday, and DJ Saturdays après-ski events are still on the schedule, along with several special activities during the Easter holiday, from Friday, April 3 to Monday, April 6, including Easter drawings, an Easter Egg Hunt on the slopes on Saturday, maple taffy on snow on Sunday, and more!
On Saturday, April 4, the classic Snow on the Beach will also take place starting at 1 p.m., organized in collaboration with XLTRAX Productions. Spots are limited for those who want to attempt crossing the lake, and registration will take place on-site starting at 8 a.m. that same morning. All participants must be at least 13 years old to take part, but everyone is invited to come watch the show! Everyone will want to witness this epic crossing, with several door prizes to be won thanks to the generosity of partners such as Carlsberg, Apérol, Guru, Empire, Burton, and more. With grace or clumsiness, who will manage to cross the stretch of water without stepping in it? Only the one on-site will find out!
Then, on Saturday, April 11, the traditional Réal’s Challenge is expected to take place, a much awaited race against the clock to ski until the last rays of sunlight. At Chairlift II, as long as at least two people are seated every two chairs, the mountain will remain open until sunset! It’s a great opportunity to extend the day and enjoy après-ski on the terrace if the weather cooperates. The date is subject to change depending on weather conditions…
So, whether ski lovers want to enjoy the splendor of the slopes or take part in one of the many events, Mont SUTTON remains open for everyone’s enjoyment. This anniversary season, Mont SUTTON celebrating its 65th year, is still far from over. Let’s make the most of the final days of winter on the slopes together!
