SUTTON, January 16, 2025– What would be the PICTURE PERFECT to happiness? It’s probably Mont SUTTON, as seen in the past two weeks. The last 15 consecutive days of precipitation have left their mark with 134 cm of snow at the base of the mountain, creating a wave of sweet madness among snow lovers!
SKIING RUSH? HERE FOR SURE!
Slopes being all open, promotions pouring, much-anticipated and invigorating après-ski on program, festive and unifying events, the table was already set for an incredible season. THE cherry though… that untamable snow we can’t control, inviting itself to stay at Mont SUTTON!
Since January 2, it has snowed abundantly and intermittently all over the mountain, bringing a euphoria we hadn’t felt in a long time! 134 cm of snow accumulated at altitude 400m, 169 cm were recorded at the summit during the same period (altitude 840m). Since the beginning of the season, Mont SUTTON has received more than 3 metres of snow, talking about 314 cm recorded at the summit since November 18, 2024!
A reminder that Quebec is just as magnificent in winter, and that Quebecers are incredibly lucky to enjoy such days!
