Family looking for detached country house/chalet in Eastern Townships for Sept 1st 2025
Are you trying to sell a house and no one is buying yet? Why not rent your house instead? Or maybe you are leaving for a while and you need good people to take care of your home/chalet... We are a mature family with excellent references. We are very clean, we do not have pets and we do not smoke and we do not drink alcohol. We are looking for a detached house or a chalet or a farmhouse in the countryside of the Eastern Townships / Estrie. We are looking for a house with at least 4 or more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a deep well, a wood stove or other wood heating, and a garage. If you have furniture and would like to leave it, we could use it if it suits you, but we would need at least a refrigerator and a stove. We need to move no later than September 1st, and we are open to renting for at least 8 months to 12 months. We are looking for $1200 (nothing included) or $1500 including hydro.
