REGISTRATION INFO FOR PRIVATE LESSONS
- A 5% rebate on all registrations made before December 1st, 2017 (to be applied on lessons only).
- The cost of your ski ticket is not included in the private lessons.
- Ski tickets are free for children under the age of 5.
- Upon purchase of a 6, 10 or 16 hour lessons booklet, it is possible to purchase the School Card valid only on weekends from January 8th until March 18th, 2018. One ticket per day, given to the card holder only. Present your card at the ticket office to obtain your ski ticket. This card is non transferable.
- The agreement form needs to be completed and handed in to the Snow School before the first lesson.
- The hours of a private lessons booklet are valid until December 31, 2018.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE LESSONS
- It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the Snow School before 8 a.m. on the morning of the lesson to postpone a private or semi-private lesson. No credit or lesson re-take will be made if the Snow School was not notified before 8 a.m. The lesson will be automatically lost.
- No refund request will be accepted on private lessons. In the case of a cancellation request (done before 8 a.m. on the morning of the lesson), a Mont SUTTON credit may be issued. If the booklet hours are initiated, the credit calculation will take into consideration the unit price of each lesson used. In case of an injury, the initiated lesson booklet will be extended to the next season (medical document mandatory).
