#PurementSUTTON summer photo contest

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the contest, share your Mont SUTTON photos on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook and add the hashtag #PurementSUTTON to the caption. Deadline: Every Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. (Montréal time). No purchase is required. In order to participate, each participant must have an Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account and follow Mont SUTTON (@montsutton) on at least of one those social networks. The participant’s Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account must not be set to “private” to ensure their photos are visible.

Mont SUTTON will contact the winner directly via the platform the winner used to submit their photo (Instagram, Twitter or Facebook) and will send the winner a form to complete online. The winner will have to fill out the form within 7 days after the message is sent in order to obtain the prize.

BY FILLING OUT THE ONLINE FORM, THE ENTRANT AGREES THAT HE OR SHE RESPECTS ALL CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS REGULATION. THE RELATED PARTIES TO THIS CONTEST SHALL HAVE NO LEGAL LIABILITY, AS TO THE USE OF INFORMATION BY CONTEST-RELATED PERSONS AND PERSONS WORKING IN THE CONTEST WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANT IF IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE MEMBER DID NOT MEET ALL THE CONTEST RULES.

There is no limit to participating. The content of the photo must be original, that is, the participant must be the author of the photo. The photo must not infringe the privacy of a person by containing his/her name, image, likeness, or by revealing elements of the person’s intimacy, without having obtained the consent of that person, and in the case of a minor, the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In addition, there are chances the photo will be used in publicity for future years. The participant is asked to keep the high-resolution originals of their pictures for possible future use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE
Seventeen (17) prizes will be attributed among all eligible contest participants: seventeen (17) sets of four (4) chairlift ride tickets at Mont SUTTON of a $18 value per ticket, before tax (total
value of $1224). One winner who will be determined every Thursday will win four (4) tickets valid during the 2023 summer and fall. The winner will be able to choose between 4 pedestrian chairlift tickets or 4 individual bike lift tickets (does not include access to the bike trails).

The following conditions apply:
– All other costs will be at the expense of the winner and his/her guests. These include, but are not limited to, the cost of transportation, gratuities, insurance, and items of a personal nature.
– Mont SUTTON is not responsible for the opening hours and unplanned closings of the station.

SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
Each Thursday, one (1) winner will be chosen by a jury at Mont SUTTON amongst all the published photos with the #PurementSUTTON hashtag on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook from the previous week (Thursday to Wednesday). The author of the photo who will be deemed the best will be declared as the winner. The weekly winner selections will be held on:
– June 29, 2023
– July 6, 13, 20 and 27, 2023
– August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, 2023
– September 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2023
– October 5, 12 and 19, 2023
The judging will be held at the administrative offices of Mont SUTTON, located at 671, rue Maple, Sutton (Québec), J0E 2K0.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The “#PurementSUTTON Contest” is held by Ski Sutton inc. (“contest organizer”). The contest runs on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook from June 23, 2023 at 12:00 pm to October 19, 2023 at 11:59 pm (Eastern time). The Contest will be held weekly and will have seventeen (17) winners who will be determined each Thursday of the week.

ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to any legal resident of Quebec, Canada or outside the country, 13 years old or older at the time of participation and excludes employees of the administrative office of Mont SUTTON (located at 671 rue Maple in Sutton).
