#PurementSUTTON Summer Photo Contest

HOW TO ENTER
When you visit Mont SUTTON, share the best photo of your experience on your social networks by adding the hashtag #PurementSUTTON and tagging @montsutton to your post. Your post must be public in order for us to receive notification. Photos submitted must have been taken during the same week as the contest and represent the actual visitor experience.

Deadline: Photos for the Thursday contest must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday. For the first summer contest, on Thursday, July 10, photos taken since the opening of the summer season (Saturday, May 17, 2025) are accepted. No purchase is necessary. To enter the contest, each participant must have an Instagram or Facebook account and follow Mont SUTTON (@montsutton) on at least one of these social networks. Mont SUTTON will contact the winner directly via the platform the winner used to submit his or her photo and will send him or her a form to complete online. The winner must complete the form within 7 days of the message being sent in order to receive the prize. BY COMPLETING THE ONLINE FORM, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL THE CONDITIONS SET OUT IN THESE RULES. THE PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST SHALL HAVE NO LEGAL LIABILITY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE INFORMATION BY THE PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. THE PERSONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ANY ENTRANT IF IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTRANT HAS NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH THE CONTEST RULES.

There is no limit to the number of entries per person per week. The content of the photo must be original, i.e. you must be the author of the photo and it must have been taken recently. It cannot be a photo from a previous year or season.

The content of the photo must be original, that is, the participant must be the author of the photo. The photo must not infringe the privacy of a person by containing his/her name, image, likeness, or by revealing elements of the person’s intimacy, without having obtained the consent of that person, and in the case of a minor, the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In addition, there are chances the photo will be used in publicity for future years. The participant is asked to keep the high-resolution originals of their pictures for possible future use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIZE

Among all eligible participants, there will be sixteen (16) prizes of a package of 4 tickets for the chairlift ride or MTB lift ride at Mont SUTTON, valued at $18 before taxes per ticket (total value: $1,152 before taxes). One (1) winner will be determined each week and will receive four (4) chairlift ride tickets valid for one day during the summer or fall of 2025, during opening hours. The winner may choose between 4 pedestrian chairlift tickets or 4 individual MTB lift tickets (not including the access to bike trails).

The following conditions apply to the prizes:
– All other expenses or costs will be the responsibility of the winner and his/her guests, including but not limited to travel expenses, gratuities, insurance and expenses of a personal nature.
– Mont SUTTON is not responsible for unplanned opening hours or closures of the station.

SELECTION OF THE WINNERS
Each Thursday, one (1) winner will be chosen by a jury at Mont SUTTON amongst all the published photos identified @montsutton & with the #PurementSUTTON hashtag on Instagram and Facebook from the previous week (Thursday to Wednesday). The author of the photo who will be deemed the best will be declared as the winner.

The weekly winner will be determined on :

–  July 10, 17, 24 & 31, 2025

– July 7, 14, 21 & 28, 2025

– July 4, 11, 18 & 25, 2025

– July 2, 9, 16 & 23, 2025

The judging will be held at the administrative offices of Mont SUTTON, located at 671, rue Maple, Sutton (Québec), J0E 2K0.

DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The “#PurementSUTTON Contest” is held by Ski Sutton inc. (“contest organizer”). The contest runs on Instagram and Facebook from July 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to October 23, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern time). The Contest will be held weekly and will have sixteen (16) winners who will be determined each Thursday of the week.

ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to any legal resident of Quebec, Canada or outside the country, 13 years old or older at the time of participation and excludes employees of the administrative office of Mont SUTTON and their immediate families (located at 671 rue Maple in Sutton).
