With the fall season fast approaching, here are the details of what awaits your 8- to 16-years-old to convince you to sign them up for this sports club that promises fun and adventure!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Fall Mountain Biking Club Program<\/h4>\n<p><em><strong>7 weeks of adventure and 3 hours of fun at the mountain, on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., starting August 29!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Designed for young people aged 8 to 16 \u2013 all levels welcome<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\ud83c\udfaf Program objectives<\/h4>\n<p>Give your child a complete, enriching, and fun sporting experience! This 7-week program combines safety, technique, endurance, and fun. The focus is on progression adapted to all levels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Discovery &amp; Safety<br \/>\n<\/strong>Getting to grips with the bike, checking equipment, understanding the basics of safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Basics &amp; Advanced techniques<br \/>\n<\/strong>Learning balance, braking, turning, climbing and descending, overcoming obstacles, and managing the terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Orientation &amp; Independance<br \/>\n<\/strong>A long outing with orientation to apply the skills learned and gain confidence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Detailed program<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 1 \u2013 Introduction to cycling and safety<\/strong><br \/>\nIntroduction to equipment, bike control, and learning the basics of safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 2 \u2013 Control &amp; Balance<\/strong><br \/>\nImprove balance, posture, and bike control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 3 \u2013 Climbing &amp; Descending<\/strong><br \/>\nLearn how to safely navigate climbs and descents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 4 \u2013 Turns &amp; Acceleration<\/strong><br \/>\nMaster tight turns and acceleration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 5 \u2013 Obstacles crossing<\/strong><br \/>\nSafely cross natural obstacles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Week 6 \u2013 Various circuits<\/strong><br \/>\nApply skills on a variety of courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong> Week 7 \u2013 Season review \/ Festive finale<\/strong><br \/>\nReview key skills and put everything you&#8217;ve learned into practice in a fun and motivating environment.
