SUTTON, September 5, 2024 \u2013 <\/strong>Mont SUTTON is proud of its regional dynamism, and offers a new edition of the Fall Festival that’s more local and sustainable than ever, focusing on access to a wealth of natural resources to be developed. Gold mines to be discovered, loved and consumed without moderation, but always responsibly and fairly. Five weekends of mountain get-togethers from September 14 to October 14 await young and old alike!<\/p>\n

A festival of colors and outdoor activities!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

At the heart of the offer are those summer activities that everyone loves, in fairytale landscapes with the flamboyant colors of the autumn season. For thrill-seekers, the Giant Zipline and the Zipline Coaster are options for a day of high-flying fun, with a great-value combo. With the giant zipline, you get the chairlift ride included for the day, which is a great way to bring the adrenalin down gently!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Plein air Sutton \/ MTB mountain bike trails and 18-basket disc golf course are accessible 7 days a week, but are also popular on autumn weekends, when the mountain’s dynamism is at its peak. With the Cube-ik outdoor restaurant open these weekends, grabbing a bite at the foot of the slopes while discovering the workshops on offer remains attractive.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

More, during the Fall Festival, discount on the advance online booking promotion for the chairlift ride (or the Enduro Package including mtb lift rides and access to trails) is still offered. As the chairlift is only open on weekends, enduro enthusiasts are encouraged to take advantage of it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The camping at the summit also has few places still available on weekends, and is still open 7 days a week until the night of Sunday, October 13. To experience a sunset at an altitude of 840 m and to be there at dawn, in a dance that is sometimes misty, sometimes magically shaded with a thousand colors, is a show that everyone wants to witness in a lifetime! To extend your stay at a lower elevation, in the same enchanting setting, an overnight stay in an RV is also available at any time, for a minimal fee to ensure the privilege lasts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Numerous other events, workshops and activities will be organized, bringing the mountain to life more than ever; think of the hebertism mini-runs at the foot and summit of the mountain, or new events like the Trail du Mont SUTTON, a 1, 5, 10 or 21 km race, offered on Saturday, October 5 as part of the Trail Qu\u00e9bec Series, and for which online registration is already available!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A recruitment and open house day will also be held on Saturday, October 5, for which you can register right now, to discover the winter jobs available at the mountain and encourage the local workforce to apply on site.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Until September 30, visitors will also be able to take advantage of the end of the 10% ski presale<\/a> on all season passes, and purchase their 2024-2025 season pass on site. The Boutique Exp\u00e9rience SUTTON will also be holding a big season sale<\/a> for the occasion, with great prices on many outdoor items!<\/p>\n

Promoting our natural, cultural and agri-food resources<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Yes, the classic Musical Saturdays will continue, as will be back Jazz Sundays. These free outdoor shows are part of our desire to promote local culture and give a platform to the region’s talented artists. Musical Saturdays will feature the familiar faces of \u00c9douard Lagac\u00e9, Marily Dorion and Amos J, taking it in turns over the 5 weeks of the event, between 1 and 4 pm.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Offered in collaboration with Sutton Jazz, whose mission is the accessibility and dissemination of Jazz, considered more nich\u00e9, in Sutton. The talents of 5 distinct ensembles or groups will be appreciated on Sundays afternoons, again at the foot of the slopes, from 1 to 3 pm.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On Thanksgiving Monday, October 14, when the mountain will be open for the grand finale of its Fall Festival, a Saturday Music encore will be given by Christian \u201cBobo\u201d Beaulieu and Michael Hynes. It’s a safe bet that the atmosphere will be one of festivity with these artists, who have been appreciated at numerous F\u00eates nationales. Mr. Beaulieu is also well known as the owner of one of Sutton’s finest restaurants: Le Tartinizza.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We’re also proud to be offering a number of exciting new activities to highlight the work of numerous community players and offer a complete and inclusive local tourism experience.The \u00c9cole d’Art de Sutton will be on hand to offer photo workshops. Espace Liance will also be on hand with a hike-yoga concept. And Huttopia will be presenting the high-end, turnkey camping offer that complements so well our rustic camping at the summit.<\/p>\n

New sustainable and responsible products<\/strong><\/h4>\n

As part of our commitment to sustainable development, we’ve introduced a number of new environmentally responsible initiatives.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A new grey water bikewash is available to mountain bikers, sponsored by Mint’n Dry, a local biodegradable soap manufacturer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Near the bikewash, four new Porsche electric charging points have recently been added, bringing the total to 10.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The two hebertism mini-runs are once again built by a local artist-entrepreneur in the spirit of the circular economy, with modules made from reused materials from the station.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Plein air Sutton \/ MTB, manager of the mountain bike trails network, will finally be able to open the new revisited Zen<\/em>\u00a0just in time, reinvented to please a wider clientele with easier curves and a design that transforms it into a bike suspension tuning track!<\/p>\n

Every weekend from Saturday, September 14 to Monday, October 14, Mont SUTTON is officially the place to be for the next Fall Festival, for the scenery, the fun and the many activities on offer!<\/p>\n
