Many are the spring skiing enthusiasts, and the current season still has many beautiful days on the slopes to offer us! Sunshine is expected this week! Mont SUTTON has announced that it will be open 7 days a week until April 16th inclusively<\/a> and even a potential additional weekend on April 22nd-23rd if the weather and the conditions allow it!<\/p>\n

We want to make sure that you are as well equipped as possible to make the most of these beautiful spring ski days!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is now time to get rid of your double layer coats and opt for lighter clothes. These lighter garments will keep you dry throughout your ski day and keep you comfortable in the warmer temperatures.<\/p>\n

Let’s start with the first layer, for this we recommend merino wool base layers as this material is very breathable and quick drying. Combined, the properties of this material ensure that moisture is evacuated, which will prevent you from getting cold. That’s why we recommend spring gloves and breathable socks for your hands and feet. The sun is very pleasant on spring ski days, but it can affect your eyes because the snow reflects most of the ultraviolet rays. To get the most out of it, we recommend that you get goggles that are adapted to your sport. The store offers several models of eyewear that are both powerful and comfortable. Among them, Oakley Sutro is the “all-terrain” sunglasses that are comfortable and perform equally well for alpine touring and mountain biking. Several Smith models are also available at the store.
