You will need to have your weight checked at the reception. Some info will need to be given and a walk of 15 to 30 minutes with the equipment on your back is required to get to the zipline coaster departure. It is also very important to read all the conditions of participation below before booking.<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>CONDITIONS AND IMPORTANT INFOS<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><small><em>All participants must be 9 years of age or older, weigh between 65 and 200 lbs (29.5 to 91 kg) and be at least 3 feet 11 inches (1.2 meters) tall. All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">General information<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\u2022 <strong>Arrival time:<\/strong> We ask you to arrive 30 minutes in advance. At the mountain, you will have to register at the customer service desk where a short information session will be given to you and the equipment distributed. You will then be invited to proceed, equipped with your harness and zipline cart, to the top tower of the zipline coaster via the designated trail. Therefore, if you have reserved for 1 pm, we ask that you arrive at customer service at 12:30 pm.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Safety:<\/strong> We will take the time to brief you on the safety of our facilities and to inform you of the guidelines to follow to make your experience safe and enjoyable.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Route and duration of the activity:<\/strong> From the moment you arrive at the customer service, you should allow about 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete the activity. This includes the information period, the handing over of the equipment, the hike up the trail which will take you 15 to 30 minutes, the time to go down the zipline, the time to recover from your experience (hihi!) and your return to the main chalet.<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Guide:<\/strong> Our trained staff will be placed at each step of your journey to ensure your safety.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">Dress code<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\u2022 Comfortable but not too loose clothing is strongly recommended.\u00a0 You must bring clothes according to the weather. The activity is not cancelled in case of rain, and the weather in the mountains can be quite different; moreover, on the mountain, the temperature is often colder.<br \/>\n\u2022 Closed shoes are mandatory.<br \/>\n\u2022 We recommend that you empty your pockets. Also, your pockets must not contain any sharp objects and must be closed so that nothing can fall out.<br \/>\n\u2022 No jewelry is allowed &#8211; necklaces or bracelets could be a safety hazard.<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\u2022 If you want to take pictures with your cell phone; ask for our small pouch to attach your cell phone to your arm during the descent.<br \/>\n\u2022 Long hair must be tied back.<br \/>\n\u2022 Helmets are mandatory and harnesses must be worn as required.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">Conditions and rules<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\u2022 Pregnant women are not allowed.<br \/>\n\u2022 People with heart problems are not allowed.<br \/>\n\u2022 People with back or neck pain must refrain and anyone with an injury will not be admitted (arm in a cast, crutch, etc).<br \/>\n\u2022 The minimum weight required to participate is 65 lbs (29.5 kg), the maximum weight is 200 lbs (91 kg) and the minimum height is\u00a0 3 feet and 11 inches (1.2 meters). For safety reasons, a person who does not meet these requirements will not be admitted nor reimbursed. You will be weighed before you can participate.<br \/>\n\u2022 The activity is reserved for children over 9 years old only and all participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.<br \/>\n\u2022 No gum or candy in the mouth during the ride.<br \/>\n\u2022 No uncontrolled movements or head down tipping allowed.<br \/>\n\u2022 We ask that you pay close attention to the equipment (harness, helmet, pulley, carabiner). Do not sit while in the harness, be careful not to drop the equipment and please do not put it on the ground.<br \/>\n\u2022 Any person who appears to be impaired (alcohol\/drugs) or any person with risky behavior could be denied access without further notice.<br \/>\n\u2022 All safety precautions must be followed. We may remove a participant who violates a rule without further notice.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\n<ul>It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to contact the Reservation Center at 1-866-538-2545 option 0 to reschedule or change a reservation (within the time frames outlined in the policies below). Voice messages on the Reservation Center\u2019s answering machine will be accepted.<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation policies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>A 50% penalty is applicable for a cancellation made within 4 to 14 days of your reservation date. For any cancellation three days or less before the date of your reservation, there is no refund. No refunds once you are on site, in case you decide not to do the activity.<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date change policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>A change of date is possible without charge more than 3 days before your reservation. For example, for a reservation on Saturday, you can change your reservation date up to and including Wednesday. Three days or less before the date of your reservation, no change is possible. Only one (1) date change is allowed per reservation, once a change is made a 50% penalty is applicable for any subsequent modification.<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">Company policies<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\n<ul>Mont SUTTON reserves the right to exclude any person it deems to be a risk to him\/her or to the rest of the group.<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>Activities take place rain or shine. The management of Mont SUTTON reserves the right, for safety reasons (weather conditions such as wind or storm), to suspend and postpone the activity; in this case, the reservation can be postponed or refunded.<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"toggle\">\n<h5 class=\"trigger\">Requirements and risks<\/h5>\n<div class=\"toggle_container\">\n<ul>It is the client&#8217;s responsibility to be aware of the requirements and risks inherent to the activity and to inform all participants in their group.
