Team report
Today, Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
A day of gliding as we like. Several ski trails have been worked since yesterday evening; snow is announced during the day, winter is at its best again, and it is at Mont SUTTON that this happens.
The snow received yesterday was groomed and gives us a nice carpet. Carving fans will have it for their fun, and for those who want to enjoy the glades, the coverage of these is very good. So, just think there may be scraped spots under this beautiful cover of fine powder remaining in the glades.
Conditions
This morning, the conditions are a fine and crushed granular snow, groomed on a firm base, in some made-up snow slopes and snow skied for others. The firm bottom, both in the made or natural snow slopes, is not far. So, a little vigilance in your descents in the steeper zone or at the end of the day, due to traffic.
Chair lift operation:
I, (12h30/ noon thirthy to 4h pm)
II West, II, IV and the magic carpet (usual hours)
VII, (9h am to 12h/noon)
The temperature observed at 5 a.m. was -8 under a cloudy sky
Chalet Alt.400m (main chalet) and Chalet Alt.840m at the top of chairlift IV are open with catering service.
Tracks that have been groomed are displayed on the daily report to the main chalet or near the lifts .
The alpine touring trails are all open!
