Eating healthy on the slopes

By  - Published on

Did you know that it is not only possible but also easy to eat healthy while you’re skiing? Mont SUTTON actually offers a wide variety of options on their menus so you can have as much to choose from as possible when it comes to your diet.

At chalet Alt. 400 m you will find:

  • A panini corner that also offers club sandwiches and smoked salmon bagels
  • A salad bar
  • Healthy snacks such as fresh fruit, homemade energy bars, kombucha, cheese, organic local juice, and yogurt
  • Vegetarian options for paninis, soups, sandwiches, chilis, and certain meals of the day
  • Tasty and filling breakfasts served until 10:45 a.m. to start the day off right

Without mentioning what you can expect at the other chalets on the mountain, like the Indian dishes at chalet Alt. 680 m and the must-have chili in a bread bowl at chalet Alt. 840 m.

For a clear conscience, all the coffee served at the resort is certified organic, including the espresso served at the Petit Tucker. Mont SUTTON always makes conscious efforts to reduce its environmental impact, by using, among other things, compostable and biodegradable dishes and cutlery, by buying in bulk when possible, and by responsibly sourcing all of its paper goods.

Bon appétit!
